Course: Vibration Based Machine Conditioning Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis

Objectives: This five-day course is designed to provide a practical overview of system components, installation considerations, and the benefits of vibration based monitoring. The course will provide a detailed examination of the detection, location and diagnosis of faults in rotating and reciprocating machinery using vibration analysis. Participants of the workshop will be able to write the ISO 18436-2 compliant certification exam following the course. Many sample questions will be reviewed during the training course.
Notes: Total course fee will be $3672.50 per person (includes HST 13%). This fee does not include the ISO 18436-2 compliant certification exam.

Course: Fundamentals of Environmental Risk Assessment

Objectives: This three-day intensive course will teach participants the fundamentals of environmental risk assessment, using world-class expertise and examples borrowed largely from the Sudbury story. It will provide participants with a detailed introduction to the principles of both human health and ecological risk assessments. The course will cover the scientific background as well as the regulatory environment behind risk assessments, and will teach participants how to evaluate, communicate and manage these risks.
